1) CREATE USER ACCOUNT
If you are a new consignor with us or have not consigned with us using myconsignmentmanager.com, you will need to create user account. If you are a returning consignor and have used myconsignmentmanager.com before you can skip this step.
2) CHOOSE THE SALE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE AND REGISTER
Register for the Spring 2019 Sale and enter your items into the online tagging system. When you register you will select a consignor number. Returning consignors that have used myconsignmentmanager.com before will have their same consignor number. (If you have used My Consignment Manager at a sale other than Weecycled Wear, be sure to verify that your consignor number from the other sale is available.) After you have registered for the current sale, each time you return to the sight during that sale period, you will simply go to Log In.
3) SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER
Volunteering is not required, but highly recommended. The sale would not be able to run as smooth without all of our wonderful volunteers. Volunteers get to shop the sale FIRST!
4) SELECT A CHECK IN/DROP OFF TIME FROM THE WEBSITE
You will need to select a time that is convenient for you to drop off your items at the sale location.
5) PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
It is essential that you take time to prepare your items. Clean, press, and organize your items. Match up tops and bottoms to make an outfit. The better you prepare your items, the more you will sell. Check our WHAT’S ACCEPTED page and check the CPSC website for recalls.
6) ENTER YOUR ITEMS INTO YOUR INVENTORY AND PRINT YOUR TAGS
Grouping your items by gender or category will help expedite your entering. Tags MUST be printed on CARD STOCK.
7) DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS AT THE SALE LOCATION AT YOUR SCHEDULED CHECK IN TIME
8) SHOP THE PRESALE
Make sure you bring you shop early pass to get admitted to the presale (one person per pass). You will also want to bring a laundry basket or large bin to help hold all of the awesome bargains you will find.
9) PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS
If you are not donating your unsold items make sure you come during the scheduled pick up time. Check all areas including the lost tag section for items that might belong to you. Someone else may pick up your items if they know your seller number and have your permission. Items left after pick up become property of Weecycled Wear and will be donated to local charities. We try to have checks available at pick up, but if not they will be mailed within the week following the sale.
