1) CREATE USER ACCOUNT
If you are a new consignor with us or have not consigned with us using myconsignmentmanager.com, you will need to create user account. If you are a returning consignor and have used myconsignmentmanager.com before you can skip this step.
2) CHOOSE THE SALE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN AND REGISTER
Register for the Fall 2021 Online Sale and/or the Fall 2021 Physical Sale and enter your items into the online tagging system. When you register you will select a consignor number. Returning consignors that have used myconsignmentmanager.com before will have their same consignor number. (If you have used My Consignment Manager at a sale other than Weecycled Wear, be sure to verify that your consignor number from the other sale is available.) After you have registered for the current sale, each time you return to the site during that sale period, you will simply go to Log In.
3) SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER
Volunteering is not required, but highly recommended. The sale would not be able to run as smooth without all of our wonderful volunteers. Volunteers get to shop the sales FIRST !
4) SELECT A CHECK IN/DROP OFF TIME FROM THE WEBSITE
For the online sale, you will need to select a time to allow us to export your items to our online platform. You will not be able to add new items after this time. For the physical sale, you will need to select a time that you plan to come drop off your items.
5) PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
It is essential that you take time to prepare your items. You must check for stains or holes (for clothes) and make sure that toys work and include working batteries (if applicable). Check our WHAT’S ACCEPTED page and check the CPSC website for recalls.
6) ENTER YOUR ITEMS INTO YOUR INVENTORY
You will need to select a category (and size if applicable) for all items. For the online sale, you will also need to include a picture for all items. (THESE ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THE ITEMS TO SHOW UP IN THE ONLINE SALE PLATFORM!)
7) DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS AT THE SALE LOCATION ON September 6-7, 2021
For the online sale, you will want to print off your settlement report and print your sold tags at the sale’s conclusion. You only need to tag and drop off your sold items.
For the physical sale, you will need to print tags for all your items and have them tagged before you come to drop off your items.
8) SHOP THE PRESALE
9) PICK UP YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS ON September 8-9, 2021 (ONLINE SALE PURCHASES ONLY)
10) HAVE FUN SPENDING ALL THE MONEY YOU MAKE AT WEECYCLED WEAR!
Consignors are paid 65% of their total sales less an $8 consignor fee (physical sale only) or a $10 consignor fee (online sale or both sales).
